Some years ago, while looking out our kitchen window, we thought how fun would it be to create window frames around nature or landscape images so that it would look like you were seeing that image through a window.
These frames are built with old time lap joints and dowels and look like the real thing.
Our window framed image collection grew to include some of Cin’s hummingbird images and a doe with her fawn image that we captured in Cades Cove Tennessee.
And then we developed the means to imprint some of our favorite images onto wood and make these small placards. They are great for small spaces… dorm rooms, bedrooms, offices, and such.
Wall Art in the making…
Window frame building is fun for the little hummingbirds and the big lighthouses!
And making placards and imprinting images on them has been as challenging as it is rewarding.
